Job Purpose

Ensures loading and unloading processes function efficiently. Assists Line and Mixer operators to ensure quality production.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Loading and unloading areas are functioning efficiently.
  • Responsible for keeping area mixer, coating line, loader and unloader area(s) clean.
  • Assist operators in all aspects of production.
  • Pull reject panels and/or place in racks as necessary.
  • Repair panels that are removed for quality reasons.
  • Check board temperatures.
  • Pull and prepare board samples for QC testing.
  • Responsible for the system clean up, spray down process during the day and end of day clean up.
  • Uses radio to maintain communication with operators, maintenance, and supervisor.
  • Logs downtime and notes causes.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.


What do I need to be successful?

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of simple equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of general equipment maintenance.
  • Time management skills.
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability.
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.


  • 3 – 6 months experience.
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
