Job Purpose

Under the guidance and direction of the Sales Services supervisor, provide regional support and management for all sales and marketing activities which include: invoicing, salesforce support, rebate management, customer experiences and other complex assignments required for supporting a high performing sales team.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Day to day administrative support for Field Sales, National Accounts and all levels of sales & marketing management
  • Rebate Administration for LP sales and business marketing programs (BAP; FTU); adhering to LP rules and regulations regarding rebate payments; track through SalesForce; calculate payments to customers and process through SAP
  • SalesForce: provide day to day support for sales & marketing teams; training of basic skills; user set-up; rebates; reports; dashboards
  • Strong working relationship with vendors: company store; ticket usage management; Federal Express (invoice management); agency invoicing and tracking based on projects; Trade show displays.
  • Coordinate the execution of sales & marketing / customer events including site selection, negotiation with vendors, f&b, activities, budget management and other arrangements
  • Manage and book travel for sales management, sales reps and customers
  • Corporate event execution: International Builders Show; International Sales Meeting
  • Design collateral for various LP events – sales meetings; customer events; marketing programs
  • Effectively collaborate with employees from other departments and sales regions across LP; participate in cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Regional budget management
  • Process and track regional and marketing invoices through SAP
  • Liaison between Sales and Accounts Payable
  • Create complex computer documents – Microsoft Office; Office 365
  • New employee orientation – work with HR to fine tune onboarding process; manage onboarding binders and documents
  • Liaison to Impact Intern program participants
  • Serve as central project coordinator and ensure strong working relationship with sales, vendors and strategic accounts
  • Member of Nissan Stadium – Bridgestone Arena team: planning and executing customer events - willingness to work a flexible schedule of weekends and some week nights
  • May develop and maintain sales department filing systems; ensure key information is archived according to company guidelines.
  • Moderate travel required
  • Able to work on nights and weekends as needed

What do I need to be successful?

  • 3 plus years of demonstrated experience in a sales office environment; Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
  • Thorough knowledge of current sales administrative procedures
  • Event planning interest and skills


Bonus Points If You…

  • Possess knowledge of SAP and SalesForce preferred
  • Computer proficiency and excellent knowledge of supporting software


  • Associate Degree in Business preferred.
