Job Purpose
Administrates the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems for the facility. Collaborates with the Maintenance Planner in the activities of planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance efforts.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
• Administer and manage EAM systems including providing local support, issue resolution, retrieval of data and ensuring system integrity
• Provide EAM systems end user training to all required staff to ensure individual capability within the system
• Communicate EAM requirement changes and software upgrades while providing training to all impacted staff
• Own and maintain an accurate database & library of all Maintenance Department SOP’s, safety documentation, training guides and OEE metrics for facility manufacturing personnel and equipment
• Monitor and manage KPI dashboards to ensure department compliance. Alert and confer with Maintenance Superintendent when KPI’s fall below target while providing guidance for continuous improvement
• Create, generate and distribute EAM work reports including maintenance trends & failure analysis as required
• Identify and prioritize routine maintenance and recommend schedules to maintenance department
• Create, generate and distribute weekly maintenance schedules and planned work in addition to leading the weekly maintenance planning meeting with operations
• Work with supply management to ensure effective job kitting processes
• Complete continuous improvement audits of EAM to ensure effective utilization of internal and external resources. Recommend changes as needed
• Work with all plant personnel to ensure EAM work orders are correctly and accurately closed, archived and documented
• Provide administrative oversite of the entire EAM work order process ensuring strict process utilization in accordance with LP standards
• Communicate to and work closely with all maintenance staff to ensure compliance to EAM processes
• Create requisitions for procurement of parts, labor and materials and ensure lead times and costs are communicated and understood
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety, quality and environmental rules & regulations
• Perform other duties as necessary

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process improvement.
- Knowledge of plant safety rules and procedures.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical material, manuals, and other reference sources.
- Ability to operate a computer and supporting software.
Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in equipment operation
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position
