Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Support the evolution of LP’s supply chain planning and order fulfillment capabilities through the use and administration of advanced tools and technologies. This support will span activities related to requirements gathering, design, build, test and delivery of new tools and functionality. This role will work across all LP applications and platforms as appropriate. The technology scope can range from Coupa Supply Chain (LLamasoft) to SAP APO, IBP, BTP, BI/Reporting to best of breed bolt-on applications.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with Supply Chain, Logistics and Business users to understand operational and process management needs.
  • Identify Business process improvement opportunities and create proposals for implementation.
  • Execute enhancement/implementation projects end to end with minimal support
  • Act as a Business subject matter expert in supply chain planning processes.
  • Support the on-going training, education and adoption of LP tools by all LP users.  Specifically focus on developing and promoting best practice use of our applications within the Logistics and Supply Chain Planning team.
  • Serve as a key link to IT COE and to SAP support services relative to IBP and SAP cloud integration tools/technologies.
  • Maintain LP LLamasoft model parameters and updates as needed. Support the combined needs of supply chain and business users.
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of all LP owned data handling and reporting tools.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry standard practices and tools for SAP integration and reporting data management.
  • Support opportunity analyses for project planning, prioritization, and approval. Maintain requested capabilities and work in-process funnel.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain visibility tools and processes to support continuous improvement and process management objectives.
  • Support Business and Supply Chain groups with master data management processes and activities as appropriate – collaborate with the GBS Master Data Team to achieve long-term design goals. 
  • Maintain an overall LP Network model to support LLamasoft/APO/IBP/BTP inputs as well as overall network optimization and Business projects. Train other team members as needed to engage in scenario analysis, model management and cost to serve analyses.
  • Act as a power user of all supply chain applications as appropriate – develop a strong technical understanding of how each tool is best used and integrated into the LP landscape.
  • Closely coordinate with all needed work teams within the LP COE.
  • Assist in the development, documentation and training of Supply Chain Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support knowledge transfer within and across departments.
  • Manage direct reports and/or assigned resources as necessary.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

What do I need to be successful?

  • 7+ years’ experience in IT, reporting, data analysis or similar roles.
  • 5+ years of experience with LLamasoft tool implementation and support
  • SAP supported work environment
  • Database design and administration
  • Thorough knowledge of primary modules of LLamasoft like network design, Cost to Serve, Causal forecasting..
  • Good understanding of supply chain management processes and concepts.
  • Knowledge of SAP cloud-based planning and integration tools.
  • Ability to work with and support network optimization applications.
  • Willingness to build a thorough knowledge of company products, processes, and business rules.
  • Ability to work and communicate with BI/BW as well as COE and SAP Technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills.
  • Very strong Excel, database and data management skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer and supporting software programs.
  • Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, computer science or other related field

Work Environment

  • This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
  • Must be within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
  • Ability to travel
