Job Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Performance translates segment priorities, product priorities, regional sales goals, brand objectives, customer insights, audience needs, and investment plans into integrated market programs that improve awareness, consideration, lead generation, conversion, sales influence, ROI, and revenue growth across priority divisions, regions, segments, channels, and audiences.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Performance & Digital Operations, this role owns the strategic operating model for market-level planning, media planning, integrated campaign direction, content and channel alignment, investment planning, agency coordination, regional activation, and performance measurement. The position partners with Sales, segment teams, product teams, regional marketing, brand marketing, social/content teams, digital, analytics, legal, and strategic agency partners to align plans, investments, and execution to measurable business outcomes.
This leader strengthens LP's ability to win nationally, regionally, and locally by establishing a disciplined market-back operating model, creating scalable planning tools, guiding full-funnel campaign priorities, connecting paid, owned, earned, social, influencer, content, and regional activity, and ensuring marketing work is audience-right, product-benefit-led, legally approved, creatively aligned, and tied to performance expectations.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead integrated market performance planning with Sales, product, segment, regional marketing, brand, social/content, digital, analytics, legal, and strategic agency partners to accelerate full-funnel performance across priority audiences, products, segments, and markets.
- Build tailored media, campaign, content, and regional activation strategies by division, region, priority market, segment, channel, product benefit, and audience, including local creative, campaign schedules, geo-targeting, account-based marketing, 1:1 targeted campaigns, social/content activation, influencer and earned/owned media alignment, and regional support plans.
- Establish investment plans and quarterly performance rhythms that connect market targets, paid and organic media activity, content engagement, social and influencer performance, Sales feedback, ROI indicators, conversion signals, and measurable business outcomes to determine what should scale, change, stop, or receive additional support.
- Support product launch, growth and innovation, Remodelers Edge, channel, professional, and homeowner initiatives by ensuring market-level activation is locally relevant, sales-aligned, insight-informed, and measurable.
- Translate segment, regional, and growth plans into clear campaign direction that enables internal teams and strategic agency partners to execute with alignment, speed, and measurable performance expectations.
- Coordinate with brand, digital, analytics, sales operations, and strategic agency partners to ensure campaigns are briefed, approved, launched, measured, and optimized against defined market objectives.
- Set the planning discipline and performance expectations that connect media investment, brand storytelling, social engagement, influencer activity, blog and earned content, organic visibility, and content reuse to broader brand, demand, consideration, and sales influence goals.
- Ensure content and campaign plans are informed by audience needs, product benefits, search and answer-engine opportunities, homeowner and professional decision drivers, regional relevance, and measurable next-step actions.
- Lead a broader marketing performance team and operating model that enables functional leaders, regional marketing, and execution teams to move from strategy to activation with clear priorities, shared planning routines, defined expectations, and measurable connection to market growth outcomes.

What do I need to be successful?
Experience:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, integrated marketing, media planning, regional marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, go-to-market planning, marketing operations, or related disciplines required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience developing market-level go-to-market plans that connect segment strategy, Sales priorities, customer needs, product benefits, reasons to believe, channel requirements, audience insights, investment levels, campaign execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing performance, including awareness, engagement, lead generation, nurture, conversion, sales influence, attribution, ROI, and revenue contribution.
- Experience developing campaign briefs, marketing strategies, channel plans, investment plans, quarterly readouts, business cases, and executive-level recommendations.
- Experience partnering with Sales leadership, regional teams, product teams, segment marketing, brand marketing, social/content teams, digital, analytics, legal, sales operations, and agency partners.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through others, including teams that may not report directly into the role.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field required
