Job Purpose
This position will support our Sales Operations team as a Summer Intern from May 2025 – August 2025, and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time Internship
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Work directly with the ICM leader and gain hands-on experience with real-world sales projects while being mentored by experienced sales professionals.
- Establish reporting and dashboards for sales and finance team on Sales Incentive Program (SIP).
- Create tracking of SIP performance within the ICM tool.
- Assist the ICM leader in the annual creation of SIP plans for the 2026 sales year.
- Gain practical experience in system administration and database management.
- Work alongside experienced operations analyst professionals in a collaborative environment.
- Gain exposure and network with Sales, IT, Finance, and other departments.
- Present to key LP Sales, HR, and Finance leaders and management.
What do I need to be successful?
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Familiarity working with information systems and interest in sales performance management
Education
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Information Systems for business, or any other business-related field.
Work Environment
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule.
