Job Purpose

To oversee the coordination and pricing administration for an entire business unit; analyze and implement pricing; and lead technical system support and implementation (SAP, BI,Salesforce,Tableau etc.) as needed.

• Manage the pricing process to serve sales and customer service departments

• Lead & implement new customer billing processes to remove purchasing friction from our channels

• Gather data, analyze, and report on performance against key business metrics

• Measure and maintain pricing and profitability by customer, product, pricing level and region

• Ensure accuracy of pricing and invoicing through review and credit issuance

• Facilitate pricing adjustments

• Provide technical support to leadership team, COE representative, and CSRs 

• Serve as the primary business liaison for SAP change implementation for the Siding business

• Identify opportunities for margin improvement

• Lead process improvement for Pricing and customer system changes

• Review pricing accuracy and uniformity

• Support innovation and Go to Market change

• Provide business support through analysis of pricing, rebate, and profitability data

 

What do I need to be successful?

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years’ experience in an SAP environment requiring the use of databases and the preparation and maintenance of spreadsheets and reports

• Superior SAP knowledge, billing, and troubleshooting skills; SAP Super user preferred

• Superior computer skills, knowledge of spreadsheets, and database programs. 

• Experience in Customer Service

• Well-developed analytical and quantitative skills

• Knowledge of company products, procedures, and policies

 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
