Job Purpose

 

To provide supply chain expertise and support by working cross-functionally with LP businesses, functional groups, and internal/external partners. The Analyst will develop, implement, and maintain Supply chain planning processes and tools (IBP, APO) to reduce supply chain costs and increase service metrics.

If this sounds like you, join our growing team! In this position, you will have the opportunity to: 

 

  • Provide analyses to support supply chain planning scenarios (ex-capacity planning, distribution optimization, inventory planning etc.) for LP businesses by utilizing supply chain systems
  • Develop and refine planning capabilities within SAP IBP to optimize Sales and Operations planning, Forecasting, Supply planning and Collaboration with extended supply chain partners.
  • Analyze risks and trade-offs to identify and recommend optimal uses of the Supply Chain technologies, presenting those recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion to a variety of levels/audiences
  • Partner with business teams to develop variety of solutions to address short, mid or long-term planning issues.
  • Support business team planners for on-going supply chain planning activities (ex- FG/RM weekly/monthly planning) as needed
  • Work on the development of supply chain operating metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes
  • Collaborate with peers, consultants, and end users to come up with a holistic design approach
  • Create POCs (Proof of concept) for new functionalities using IBP
  • Design, participate and facilitate rollout of new features and functionalities in SAP IBP
  • Proactively collaborate with business groups, IT, functional teams to recommend and implement end-to-end supply chain improvements
  • Ability to travel when necessary

Qualifications

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSSFUL:

  • 3+ years’ previous demonstrated experience with Supply Chain planning projects 
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP IBP (S&OP)
  • At least one life cycle implementation experience with IBP
  • Ability to lead and impact change with new processes/tools

 

Bonus Points If You...

 

  • Experience with APO and CIF  
  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC
  • Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, MIS, or related field
