Job Description: 

Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate Lead Development Manager to identify and qualify potential leads generated by our marketing campaigns to drive contractor engagement and increase LP product adoption. The ideal candidate will be skilled in researching target markets, leveraging digital tools, and initiating contact with prospective clients to build a solid sales pipeline. This candidate will coordinate with the Marketing and Field Sales teams

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, directories, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine potential fit.
  • Use email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools to initiate contact and nurture leads.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategy improvements.

What do I need to be successful?

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Construction/Building Materials industry
  • Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io, Pardot
  • Understanding of inbound/outbound marketing strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
