Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Your mission is to help LP Building Solutions grow and optimize our business by supporting our Pricing and Programming team in executing the pricing and programming strategy, tactically analyzing revenue opportunities, and ensuring best practices and accuracy are met, all while being a key liaison between Sales and the Pricing and Programming team. This role will have unique exposure to both Pricing and Programming and will work closely with both areas to ensure a successful team.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Help deliver planned volume, revenue, and profit targets and drive LP’s strategic growth targets
  • Support the day-to-day Pricing & Programming deliverables and activities
  • Ensure accuracy of programming spend through audit and validation
  • Assist in the creation of insights & deliverables to commercial leadership
  • Gather data, analyze, and report on performance against key business metrics
  • Provide business support to Pricing and Programming team, Customer Experience team, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable teams, and Sales team through analysis of pricing, rebate, and profitability data
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key strategic external & internal customers
  • Develop improvements to processes and programs to improve business results in the channel

 

Qualifications

  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in SAP ERP usage and familiarity
  • Experience in Tableau dashboard usage and creation

What do I need to be successful?

  • 3+ years related analytics/finance/programming experience preferred
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business equivalent experience.
