Job Description:
Job Purpose
To greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. To provide general office support, such as creating and managing building access badges, accepting mail deliveries, and maintaining stock of café items. This is a full-time, onsite position that will work Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM in our Nashville, TN office.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Answer phones in main reception area within a corporate setting and re-direct calls as appropriate
- Greet, process, and direct visitors; provide general customer service and information as requested
- May sort, open and process incoming and outgoing mail and prepare packages for mailing; may be required to pick-up and deliver mail at off-site locations
- May compute and enter invoice information into Ariba
What do I need to be successful?
- 5+ years of experience in an professional office environment.
- Ability to answer phone calls, take messages or re-direct calls in a professional manner
- Good clerical and mathematical skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as copiers, printers, etc.
- Ability to operate a computer and supporting software
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required
