Job Purpose

Under the guidance and direction of the Marketing Operations Manager, fuel LP’s growth strategy by optimizing technology, process, and data across the customer life cycle to drive revenue and growth.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the development and execution of LP’s marketing funnel strategy
  • Support LP SkillBuilder, LP’s learning management system. This may include training strategy development, content development in coordination with cross-functional team members and agency partners, technical work within the LMS system, and providing administrative support for pros engaged with SkillBuilder.
  • Serve as a central project coordinator and ensure strong working relationship with cross-functional teams, sales, vendors, and strategic accounts.
  • Lead communication and collaboration across marketing teams and with field sales.
  • Collect, quantify, and analyze data for sales/marketing initiatives.
  • Manage adoption of Event Lead applications to engage trade show audiences and ensure data integrity for trade shows
  • Measure and report on marketing budget – create reports, communication cadence and lead team through budget tracking on a monthly basis to drive improved decision-making within the greater team.
  • Communicate and collaborate across marketing teams and with field sales to effectively communicate budget analysis and event applications
  • Travel occasionally.

What do I need to be successful?

  • 1-3 years’ business, marketing, and/or sales management experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
  • Good analytical, quantitative, and financial skills; Tableau experience is preferred.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing skills.
  • Basic CRM knowledge required; SalesForce preferred (Pardot knowledge is a plus!)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
