Job Purpose

This position will support our Corporate Brand and Media team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN.  This is a paid, full- time internship.

We are looking for a creative, curious, and collaborative summer intern to join our Brand, Earned, and Owned Media teams. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how integrated marketing campaigns come to life—from brand storytelling and media outreach to content creation and channel strategy.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Owned Media: Contribute to content planning and publishing across our owned channels, including website, blog, and social media.  A large portion of the responsibility for this role will be social media monitoring and community management

  • Earned Media: Assist with public relations efforts, media monitoring, and influencer planning and engagement

  • Brand: Help shape and amplify our brand identity through campaign support, research, and creative brainstorming

  • Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment

  • Work alongside and be coached by members of your team

  • Engage with leaders across the company

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support campaign planning and execution across corporate brand, Earned and Owned teams

  • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform strategy

  • Draft and edit content for blog posts and social media

  • Assist with influencer and media outreach coordination

  • Help manage editorial calendars and content scheduling

  • Participate in team brainstorms and cross-functional meetings

  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed

What do I need to be successful?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • Familiarity with Sprout & Canva is a plus

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing
  • Must have an expected graduation date of May 2027 later
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Work Environment

  • This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule or onsite within a manufacturing facility
