Job Description: 

Job Purpose

This position will support our Customer Experience team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer base through frequent contact and efficient problem resolution

  • Learn order entry skills while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Work with account management team to gain exposure to demand forecasting and account growth

  • Collaborate with supporting business functions such as marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, to ensure business goals are met

  • Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment

  • Work alongside and be coached by members of your team

 

Professional Development Opportunities:

  • Collaboratively work with key stakeholders on a real-world problems facing LP

  • Presentations to key LP leaders and management

  • Peer mentor assignments and team events

  • 1x1 Meetings with Executives, VP’s, Directors, Managers

What do I need to be successful?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Tableau and Power BI

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • SAP experience optional

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business/Data Analytics

Work Environment

  • This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule.
