Job Purpose


The Digital Corporate Brand Manager will support the business marketing groups with their marketing communications and connect all marketing efforts to driving growth to the product brands and incremental value to the LP Masterbrand. This position will specifically have a deep understanding and provide governance around the LP marketing process and LP Masterbrand structure and guidelines. The person in this role will ensure that we are communicating with the right message to the right audiences in a memorable and impactful way to grow the overall LP brand portfolio. This role will have a strong focus on digital and interactive elements to build awareness of the LP Masterbrand.

If this sounds like you, join our growing team! In this position, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Set social media strategy for the LP Masterbrand and lead execution of the strategy by working with agency and internal partners
  • Work with all business units to enhance and optimize brand website, leveraging digital learnings
  • Ensure the right messaging and product position on the LP website for all assigned businesses
  • Develop and execute brand management plans for Masterbrand, including but not limited to public relations, social media, and web
  • Facilitate approval of all social media and blog content for LP
  • Lead LP Masterbrand strategy for all major tradeshows and marketing asset development as necessary to ensure alignment of LP brand and marketing standards
  • Partner with and lead marketing agency to deliver against agreed upon objectives
  • Ensure product branding conforms to the LP structure by working with business partners on alignment with all product and corporate brand initiatives, including brand development, brand awareness, and brand advocacy
  • Build a strong collaborative partnership with cross-functional team members and outside partners
  • Grow existing Marketing Continuous Training, training sessions for all of LP Marketing
  • Regularly provide feedback in terms of process, barriers, scope changes, internal and external partner concerns and overall budget; including Masterbrand budget management
  • Provide research to track growth against key brand metrics
  • Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning; promote uniformity of brand by maintaining consistent look, tone and feel
  • Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with corporate and business Quality, Technical, and Legal standards




  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing, social media, web design, graphic design, production, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in managing earned media, working with internal and external partners to do so  
  • Excellent understanding of all functional marketing disciplines (Four P’s)
  • Proven success in working across businesses and selling in ideas without authority
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mentality
  • Strong project management skills to bring together multiple streams of work towards a common goal
  • An ability to inspire others behind a common outcome
  • Strong agency management skills
  • Ability to coordinate execution, often collaborating across cross-functional teams




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field required  
  • MBA strongly preferred 



  • 5+ years’ business, digital marketing, agency and/or brand management experience; Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office utilizing various software applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentations
  • Understanding of/passion for the building industry a plus

Work Environment


  • Remote & office environment 
  • Moderate travel required: ~30%
