Job Purpose

This position will support our Sales Operations team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship. Salesforce is the number one CRM platform in the world used by more than 150,000 businesses. LP uses Salesforce as a hub for all customer data, allowing us to track customer interactions, manage leads, and build better relationships. This role will focus on supporting the Salesforce team specifically.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain data quality and maintenance and provide user and dashboard support to the greater sales team

  • Assist in creating LP training resources

  • Assist the Salesforce team in performing a comprehensive audit of active Salesforce users

  • Develop dashboards and reports tailored to specific roles

  • Develop data management and cleansing skills: Gain practical experience with key Salesforce tools while learning best practices for maintaining data integrity 

  • Master reports and dashboards by learning to create, customize and manage reports to visualize data and track performance

  • Gain foundational knowledge in user management. This includes exposure to Salesforce Admin fundamentals.

  • Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment

  • Work alongside and be coached by members of your team

  • Engage with leaders across the company

What do I need to be successful?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in (Business, Information Systems/Technology, Data Science/Analytics)
  • Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026  or later
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
     

Work Environment

  • This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule.
