Job Purpose

This position will support our IT Business Solutions team as a Summer Intern from May 2025 – August 2025 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time Internship.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with Business Analysts and internal customers to develop more efficient processes and ways to use applications.  Assist with IT projects.
• Shadow IT Business Solutions Managers to gain understanding of IT business partnership opportunities
• Gain understanding of Change Management methodologies
• Identify a process improvement project and work to execute during the internship
• This internship will provide hands-on experience with real-world projects while being mentored by experienced IT professionals. 
• Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What do I need to be successful?

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills

Education

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Must have an expected graduation date of August 2025 or later
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Work Environment

• This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule or onsite within a manufacturing facility
