Job Purpose

To provide general clean-up and assistance to the T&G Sander operation.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform general clean-up and housekeeping duties in the T&G and shipping area
• Use mobile equipment, power and hand tools to perform duties
• Breakout the T&G Operator, forklift operator, and strapper as needed for breaks
• Assist in cleaning the paint booth
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

What do I need to be successful?

• Knowledge of general plant clean-up and utility functions.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• No experience required.
• Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.

Work Environment

Plant environment with exposure to sawdust, chemicals, extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and other inclement conditions.
