Job Purpose

To provide assistance to the operations team in the creation, organization, and upkeep of standard operating procedures.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform general clean-up of existing SOP files in SharePoint system. 
  • Assist the operations team in locating, updating, and organizing existing SOPs. 
  • Organize SOPs in SharePoint system for ease of use by all users.
  • Assist in the creation of new SOPs with the management team.
  • Monitor and assist in the upkeep of SOPs in the SharePoint system.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.


What do I need to be successful?

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
  • Ability to read and understand general directions.
  • Ability to interact with members of an elite squad, known as the operations team.



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


  • Experience in SharePoint preferred, but not required. 
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
