Implements and administers HR policies/procedures and programs at one or more assigned facility, or corporate HR Programs.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide consultation and coordinate services regarding HR operations, programs, systems, employee relations and compliance issues.
- Enforce and support all corporate programs and compliance related activities
- Assist supervisors and managers by providing solutions for complex personnel situations
- May assist with investigations for site LP Confidential calls, employee concerns, complaints and other issues
- May participate in negotiations and assist with administration of the collective bargaining agreement
- Use HR systems to compile information, prepare a wide variety of personnel action forms containing confidential and sensitive information
- Coordinate and conduct orientation, education and training. Ensure timely and consistent delivery of training programs.
- Administer job posting, recruitment and workforce planning processes for site(s)
- Ensure payroll documents, Performance Reviews, Performance and Action Plans, Corrective Action Reports and other documents are properly prepared, processed and properly filed
- Address benefit plan questions and assist with benefits enrollment processes. May administer hourly and salaried benefits programs at the plant site
- May support daily administration of various Corporate Programs such as SAPP, Relocation, E-Verify, Background screenings, etc
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
What do I need to be successful?
- 4 to 6 years’ related experience
- Or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position
- Working knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR strategies
- Working knowledge of compensation, benefits, safety, training, and workforce planning practices and principles
- Working knowledge of jobs associated with the manufacturing process
- Working knowledge of HR systems including HRIS and payroll
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or related field preferred
