Job Description:
Job Purpose
Provide support in developing programs to help achieve EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) objectives for the corporate EHS group, operational teams, functional departments, and/or plants. Support corporate reporting requirements, EHS/Safety Management Systems, and contribute to training and the implementation of new EHS projects and initiatives.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
Health and Safety
- Identify and control risks.
- Conduct inspections and investigations.
- Deliver OHS training and participate in safety committees.
Environment
- Ensure environmental compliance.
- Manage permits and reporting.
- Support sustainability projects.
Industrial Hygiene
- Assess exposures and implement control measures.
- Conduct sampling and interpret results.
Management Systems
- Maintain and improve governmental and corporate management systems.
- Prepare documentation and participate in audits.
Fire Protection System
- Oversee inspections and equipment testing.
- Organize training and evacuation drills.
- Update emergency plans and raise fire safety awareness.

- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in EHS project management.
- Strong communication and team motivation skills.
- Ability to coordinate activities in a structured manner.
- Attention to detail and process rigor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Work Environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in environment, OHS, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in French (70% of work is conducted in French).
- Good proficiency in English (30% of work is conducted in English).
