Job Purpose

This position will support our Data and Analytics team as a Summer Intern from May 2025 – August 2025 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time Internship. Over the summer you will learn how to tell a story with data and understand how that story helps drive our business decisions.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with the Analytics and BI Insights team and use tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, and Power BI
• Participate in development of Snowflake views and data validation of our reports built to support our businesses and functions
• Learn how to translate between business requirements and functional requirements
• Learn how data is stored, transformed, and secured within different systems
• Learn how to tell a story with data
• Learn the importance of data quality when making decisions
• Meet with Business and technology leaders to understand how our data guides their actions

What do I need to be successful?

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills

Education

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's degree program, preferably in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
• Must have an expected graduation date of August 2025 or later
• Maintain a GPA of 3.25 or higher

Work Environment

• This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
